Residents of Hillhaven will find peace of mind knowing that personal assistance, wellness services and healthcare are available as needed. In this safe and secure community, residents may choose from a broad range of activities. 

Each resident will have a customized care plan under the direction of his/her own personal physician, and with the guidance of Hillhaven's medical director (Board certified in Gerontology and Family Medicine), director of nursing, nutritional services, social services, rehabilitation and activities director. Residents and their families are invited to attend and be part of care plan meetings.
